I've been reading alot lately about the power of forgiveness. Who do you need to forgive? We tend to hold onto anger towards someone, within ourselves. This practice is so normal, but I believe that we need to change that. We put so much effort into either, sending anger to them, treating them poorly, giving them the stink eye, talking behind their back to others, where does this all get us? It gets us into a state of hate. This state of hate can grow and linger for years. Churning and burning our insides, for not much reason really, just to hate. The state of hate can boar so far into us, that we just can't see the state of peace. The state of peace can come to us, when we release that state of hate. Expel the anger by meditation, writing is also a great way to forgive. So decide today, that you are going to release your state of hate and bring back your state of peace. You deserve it and what you don't need to be holding onto is that anger within, that can only lead to health issues, inside and out.
